TLSx is a personalized pilates studio in Austin, TX. They tasked us with automating their Google Review responses from the business, using on-brand, AI-generated messaging.
TLSx faced challenges in promptly responding to Google Reviews amidst their busy operations. The manual process of crafting responses was time-consuming, leading to delays in acknowledging customer feedback.
We developed a custom automation using Zapier to streamline TLSx’s review response process. The automation triggers whenever a new Google review is submitted for one of their locations. AI by Zapier analyzes the sentiment of the review and generates a response based on past review replies. This response is saved in a Zapier Table along with the review text, rating, sentiment, and a link to the review.
The review is also sent to a dedicated Slack channel, where a team member can revise the AI-generated response or provide a manual reply. If no action is taken by the next business day at 10 am, the response is automatically posted to the Google review, ensuring timely engagement with customers.
Since implementing the automation, TLSx has successfully responded to several reviews and counting, improving their engagement with customers and enhancing their presence on Google.
