We built an integration that connects their Google Voice accounts into Slack, adding AI-assisted workflow and FAQs. Key features:
All incoming text messages, voicemails (with transcriptions), and missed call alerts from both Google Voice accounts are routed into a single Slack channel.
Notifications in Slack include links:
Contact name links to the contact’s record in a centralized contact database.
Phone numbers link back to the relevant Google Voice conversation (for texts) or provide callback links for missed calls and voicemail.
Engagements are tracked in their CRM.
